If you are looking for some ideas, here are some to suit every budget!
A trip to the flicks! Cineworld have some great films on at the moment. Why not take him to see the latest blockbuster. Check out the listings here!
Why not book at table at Dad’s favourite restaurant/pub, or why not cook him a tasty homemade meal? Pick up fresh ingredients from the Newport market, and make him his favourite dish. Another option is to pack a picnic, and head to a lovely local spot. We’d suggest Fourteen Locks, The Newport Wetlands, Beechwood Park or Bellevue park as great options.
If your Dad is in to architecture and history, why not take him along to Tredegar House. They are running behind the scenes tours on Sunday, as well as having a Father’s Day brunch in the Brewhouse.
How about arranging a massage for Dad to sooth his tired muscles? Contact Therapi Tylino to arrange a time for them to come and give Dad a massage at home or in the office! Gift vouchers are also available.
However you choose to spoil your dad, I hope it is a success. Or if he’s sadly no longer around, remember the good times you had with him.
